• Active Maryland dental hygiene license and current required certifications.
• Several years of clinical experience in dental hygiene.

• Accurate documentation and sound infection-control practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized preventive and nonsurgical periodontal care within your scope of practice.
• Assess periodontal health, document findings accurately, and collaborate with our dentists on treatment recommendations.
• Help patients understand conditions and recommended care to make informed decisions.
• Build lasting relationships to encourage treatment completion and ongoing preventive care.
• Strengthen hygiene workflows, patient education, and continuity of care.
• Contribute to growing the hygiene department to achieve production goals through teamwork.

• Assess periodontal health, document findings accurately, and collaborate with our dentists on appropriate treatment recommendations.
• Help patients understand their conditions and recommended care so they can make confident, informed decisions.
• Build lasting relationships that encourage patients to complete treatment and maintain consistent preventive care.
• Strengthen hygiene workflows, patient education, and continuity of care.
• Contribute to our goal of growing the hygiene department to $1 million+ in annual production through clinically appropriate care, patient retention, and effective teamwork.
