Job summary

Dental Wellness of Charlotte seeks a dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our clinically driven, fee-for-service practice in Charlotte, NC. This 32-hour-per-week role (Mon–Thu) focuses on comprehensive care, advanced technology, and an elevated patient experience.

We welcome new graduates with at least 1 year of dental experience. You’ll work in a supportive environment with modern tools, open collaboration with Dr. Shirman, and a schedule that avoids weekends.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients about periodontal health and treatment options.
• Build trust and improve patients' systemic and oral health.
• Perform 1-hour adult prophylaxis and 1.5-hour SRPs.
• Maintain unhurried, high-quality patient care with protected scheduling.

We are a clinically driven, fee-for-service dental practice seeking an exceptional Dental Hygienist to join our growing team for 32 hours a week (Monday–Thursday). We are passionate about comprehensive care, advanced technology, and creating an elevated patient experience.

This is not a rushed corporate environment. We believe hygienists should have the time, tools, and support needed to provide high-quality care without burning out.

Unrushed Care: 1-hour adult prophies and 1.5-hour SRPs. We never double-book.

A Protected Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM. No weekends.
