Full Time Hygienist needed in King George

Schedule (Full-Time)

• Monday - Thursday 6:30 am - 4:00 pm
• Off Friday

Responsibilities

Maintain patient care with a patient-focused approach and provide exceptional dental hygiene services in a fast-paced environment with clear expectations. Support clinical autonomy while delivering the time and attention patients deserve. Collaborate with the team and participate in a hygiene mentor program and education offerings to enhance clinical skills.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in Virginia and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventative care
• Clinical needs as required by office

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation
• Prolonged periods of sitting and standing
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds
• Availability to attend virtual or in-person training periodically throughout the year
• TB test required for all new hires in dental office positions (not applicable in FL & TN)
