Job summary

Family Health Center in Kalamazoo, MI is seeking a compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to provide preventive care and patient education in a full-time role.

You will deliver a full range of dental hygiene services, chart periodontal health, apply fluoride and sealants, take radiographs, and collaborate closely with the dentist to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care for diverse communities.

Qualifications

• Must have an active RDH license to practice in Michigan.
• Spanish language skills are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Accurately chart and document patients’ periodontal health
• Apply cavity-preventative agents such as fluoride and sealants
• Perform thorough, gentle prophylaxis for patients
• Take radiographs as prescribed by the dentist
• Perform scaling, root planing, and selective polishing as needed
