Job summary

Dental Associates in Wisconsin is hiring Dental Hygienists for Full-Time and Part-Time roles. The position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and full benefits at 30+ hours per week. Base pay starts at $51/hour with annual increases, with potential to earn $54–$71/hour including bonuses and a $5,000 production bonus in the first four months.

Qualifications

• Must hold Wisconsin hygiene license (recent or soon-to-be graduates encouraged)
• Strong patient service orientation and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team and under supervision

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive patient experience from greeting to completion of in-clinic visit
• Remove calculus, stains, and deposits from teeth surfaces
• Perform periodontal therapy including scaling and root planing when prescribed
• Complete head, neck and intra/extra-oral exams as directed
• Chart conditions of decay and disease for dentist review

COMPENSATION

• Guaranteed hourly base pay of $51.00 with annual increases
• Plus, unlimited bonus potential of an EXTRA $3.00-20.00 bringing pay to $54-71/hour
• Guaranteed$5,000Production Bonus in the first four months

Job Responsibilities

• Provide a positive experience throughout the entire patient interaction; from greeting, to seating and completing their in-clinic visit

• Exhibiting excellent customer service to create a positive patient experience, ensuring all treatment is provided with an awareness of individual patient’s needs and concerns
• Removing calculus deposits, accretions, stains, and cement from supra and sub-gingival surfaces of the teeth
• Performing periodontal therapy, including scaling & root planning when prescribed
• Completing head, neck and intra/extra-oral exams to detect any abnormal swelling or lesions that could indicated any type of pathology
• Examining teeth and assessing periodontal health of each patient to prior to exam by dentist
• Charting conditions of decay and disease for treatment as diagnosed by dentist assisting during examination

Job Requirements

• State of Wisconsin hygiene license (recent or soon-to-be graduates are encouraged to apply!)

Preferences

• Ability to administer local anesthetic agents strongly preferred
