Job summary

Dental Associates is seeking a Dental Hygienist in Wisconsin. The role offers a $10,000+ sign-on bonus, flexible scheduling, and full benefits starting at 30 hours per week.

You will join a supportive team focused on helping patients love their smiles and growing professionally within a leading Wisconsin dental group. Guaranteed base pay of $51.00/hour with annual increases, plus an unlimited bonus potential and a $5,000 production bonus in the first four months.

Qualifications

• Wisconsin hygiene license required.
• New grads encouraged to apply if graduating in Dec 2026 or May 2027.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive patient experiences from greeting to seating and visit completion.
• Exhibit excellent customer service to address patients’ needs and concerns.
• Remove calculus, stains, and cement from teeth surfaces.
• Perform periodontal therapy including scaling and root planing when prescribed.
• Conduct head, neck, intra/extra-oral exams to detect pathology.
• Assess periodontal health prior to dentist exam.
• Chart conditions of decay and disease for treatment.

Compensation

• Guaranteed hourly base pay of $51.00 with annual increases

Job Responsibilities

• Provide a positive experience throughout the entire patient interaction; from greeting to seating and completing their in-clinic visit
• Exhibiting excellent customer service skills to create positive patient experiences, ensuring all treatment is provided with an awareness of individual patient’s needs and concerns
• Removing calculus deposits, accretions, stains, and cement from supra and sub-gingival surfaces of the teeth
• Performing periodontal therapy, including scaling & root planning when prescribed
• Completing head, neck and intra/extra-oral exams to detect any abnormal swelling or lesions that could indicate any type of pathology
• Examining teeth and assessing periodontal health of each patient prior to exam by dentist
• Charting conditions of decay and disease for treatment as diagnosed by dentist assisting during examination

Job Requirements

• State of Wisconsin hygiene license (recent graduates or those graduating in December 2026 or May 2027 are encouraged to apply!)

Preferences

• Ability to administer local anesthetic agents strongly preferred
