Job summary

Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry in Cary West is seeking a compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing practice. You will partner with doctors to provide preventive and periodontal care, perform cleanings, take digital radiographs, and educate patients on oral health.

Applicants should be a graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program with an active North Carolina RDH license. The role supports a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment and offers growth

Ready to love where you work? At Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry, we believe exceptional patient care starts with an exceptional team. We’re looking for a compassionate, motivated, and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing Cary West office!

What You’ll Do

As a valued RDH on our team, you’ll partner closely with our doctors to help patients achieve healthier smiles and better overall health. Your role will include:

• Providing exceptional preventive and periodontal care
• Performing cleanings, polishing, and periodontal maintenance
• Taking digital radiographs and vital signs
• Conducting oral cancer screenings and periodontal charting
• Educating patients on oral hygiene and home care
• Applying sealants and fluoride treatments
• Reviewing treatment plans and helping patients feel informed and comfortable
• Maintaining accurate electronic records
• Supporting a collaborative and positive office environment

Schedule Expectations

• Must be available by 7:40 AM (office opens at 8:00 AM)

Requirements
