$10,000 Sign-On Bonus
Competitive hourly pay and 28% of production, which ever is greater is automatically paid out

We're a growing private practice with a big heart-focused on people over quotas and excellence over volume. We are committed to long-term patient relationships, Magnolia Dental is a place where hygienists are valued, respected, and empowered to do their best work.
Perform gentle yet thorough dental cleanings (scaling, polishing, fluoride treatments).
Assess patients' oral health and work side-by-side with the doctor to create personalized care plans.
Take and review digital X-rays and intraoral images.
Educate patients on oral hygiene habits and preventative care in a way that's clear, friendly, and empowering.
Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols.
Document treatment notes and patient interactions using modern dental software.
Ensure every patient feels comfortable, respected, and heard.
Active Dental Hygiene License in the state of Ohio
Local anesthesia and nitrous oxide certification (preferred, or willing to obtain)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A team-first attitude and passion for delivering exceptional patient care
Desire to grow professionally and stay current with evolving hygiene practices
