What You'll Do

• Perform gentle yet thorough dental cleanings (scaling, polishing, fluoride treatments).
• Assess patients' oral health and work side-by-side with the doctor to create personalized care plans.
• Take and review digital X-rays and intraoral images.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene habits and preventative care in a way that's clear, friendly, and empowering.
• Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols.
• Document treatment notes and patient interactions using modern dental software.
• Ensure every patient feels comfortable, respected, and heard.
  
  

What You Bring

• Active Dental Hygiene License in the state of Ohio
• Local anesthesia and nitrous oxide certification (preferred, or willing to obtain)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A team-first attitude and passion for delivering exceptional patient care
