Gentle Dental Progress Ridge in Beaverton, OR is hiring a full-time Dental Hygienist. You will provide preventive hygiene services in a collaborative, wellness-focused practice, delivering excellent patient care and building lasting relationships.

Compensation includes a $5,000 signing bonus, hourly pay of $60–$65 with an uncapped bonus plan, plus comprehensive benefits and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program.
• Current Oregon Dental Hygiene License (or ability to obtain prior to start).
• CPR certification required.
• Local anesthesia certification preferred.

The Role

We’re hiring a Full Time Dental Hygienist at our Progress Ridge location in Beaverton and are looking for a motivated clinician who is passionate about preventive care and building lasting patient relationships.

You’ll deliver high-quality hygiene services in a collaborative, wellness-centered environment with the tools, clinical support, and team culture to consistently achieve outstanding patient outcomes — and to be well-compensated for doing so.
