Job summary

Gentle Dental is hiring a Full Time Dental Hygienist for our Progress Ridge location in Beaverton, OR. You will provide preventive dental hygiene services in a collaborative, wellness-focused team and develop lasting relationships with patients who value high-quality care.

We offer competitive compensation with a $60-65/hour base plus an uncapped bonus plan, plus PTO, holidays, 401(k) match, and comprehensive benefits to support you in delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program.
• Current Oregon Dental Hygiene License (or ability to obtain prior to start).
• CPR certification required.
• Local anesthesia certification preferred.

The Role

We're hiring a Full Time Dental Hygienist at our Progress Ridge location in Beaverton and are looking for a motivated clinician who is passionate about preventive care and building lasting patient relationships.

You'll deliver high-quality hygiene services in a collaborative, wellness-centered environment with the tools, clinical support, and team culture to consistently achieve outstanding patient outcomes - and to be well-compensated for doing so.
