Base pay range

$50.00/hr - $60.00/hr

Position Overview:

We are seeking a licensed and experienced Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about preventive oral care, patient education, and fostering long-term relationships with patients.

Responsibilities:

• Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing
• Take and interpret dental x-rays
• Apply fluoride and sealants
• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Maintain accurate patient records and charting
• Ensure infection control protocols are followed
• Collaborate with dentist and other staff for comprehensive care

Qualifications:

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Texas
• CPR/BLS certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with dental software (Open Dental) a plus
• At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred but not required
• Laser certified preferred but not required
• Competitive hourly wage
