Frontline Source Group is seeking a licensed Dental Hygienist for a private Arlington, VA dental practice. The role starts as part-time (2–4 days/week) with a defined path to full-time hours, and benefits. Office hours are 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, Monday–Friday, with no evenings or weekends.

Immediate start for a growing practice in a new, modern Arlington office. The practice offers digital X-rays, CBCT 3D imaging, and a supportive team focused on quality care.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Dental Hygiene License (RDH).
• Current Virginia local anesthesia certification.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.
• Strong communication skills with patients and team members.
• Reliable, professional, and adaptable in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Team-oriented with a commitment to practice success.

Responsabilités

• Perform adult and pediatric cleaning, scaling, root planing, and polishing.
• Capture and review digital X-rays and CBCT scans as directed.
• Co-diagnose emergency patients with the doctor and manage chair time efficiently.
• Follow practice protocols for clinical care, infection control, and scheduling.
• Educate patients on home care, periodontal health, and recommended treatment.
• Support case presentation and treatment plan acceptance through clear communication.
• Meet daily and weekly production targets while delivering excellent patient care.

Frontline Source Group is hiring a licensed Dental Hygienist on behalf of a private dental practice in Arlington, Virginia. The role starts as part-time at 2 to 4 days per week with a defined path to full-time hours and benefits. The practice runs Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM with no evenings and no weekends. Our client is a brand new, modern Arlington office accepting interviews now for an immediate start.

Requirements To Apply

• Experience presenting treatment plans and supporting case acceptance
• Comfort with digital X-rays and CBCT workflow

Schedule, location, and compensation

Location: Arlington, Virginia

Schedule: 2 to 4 days per week, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Employment type: Part-time with a defined path to full-time

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience
