What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality preventive and therapeutic dental hygiene care
• Perform periodontal assessments, screenings, and oral health evaluations
• Educate patients on oral health, disease prevention, and home care techniques
• Partner with dentists to identify treatment needs and improve patient outcomes
• Build strong patient relationships that encourage long‑term retention and trust
• Maintain accurate clinical records and support regulatory compliance
• Contribute to a positive patient experience and collaborative office culture
• Deliver standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence‑based protocols
• Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health
• Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co‑diagnose and personalize treatment
• Create a welcoming, judgment‑free environment for every patient
• Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin (or ability to obtain)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication and patient education skills
