Qualifications

• Master's Degree in related field required.
• Bachelor's Degree with significant related graduate coursework will be considered.
• Master's Degree must be completed within 5 year of date of employment.
• Current PA Dental Hygiene license or eligible for PA license.
• Registered Dental Hygienist.
• Current PA Local Anesthesia Permit.
• Please visit PA Act 15 clearances at hire.
