You will greet patients, prepare rooms, update medical histories, document procedures, and help manage recalls while ensuring a clean, organized environment and excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid NC X-ray Certification required.
• DAI Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Stock treatment rooms and ensure rooms are disinfected and ready for each appointment.
• Greet patients and clearly explain your role.
• Update medical history and record blood pressure as requested by the hygienist.
• Chart and document procedures; note next treatment recommendations.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to maintain a clean, organized lab and rooms.
• Document patient conditions, history, procedures, and comments.
• Support hygienist-recommended treatments and home-care instructions.
• Assist with managing the office recall system.
• Maintain inventory and sterilize instruments in hygiene rooms.
• Participate in shared maintenance duties; perform tasks independently as needed.
• Help monitor schedules and confirm appointments as required.
