Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure treatment rooms are stocked, disinfected and set up for each appointment.
• Greet patients and introduce role.
• Update medical history and obtain blood pressure as needed.
• Chart and document procedures; note next treatment.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to maintain clean lab and rooms.
• Document patient conditions and history.
• Reinforce recommended treatments and home-care instructions.
• Manage office recall system.
• Maintain inventory in hygiene rooms and sterilize instruments.
• Participate in shared maintenance duties.
• Perform routine tasks independently.
• Monitor schedule and confirm appointments.
