Imagix Dental is looking for a Temporary Dental Hygienist Assistant in Alpharetta, GA to join our clinical team. We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to fill a temporary position while our employee is on leave. This role will be available from now until August 26, 2025.

Hours:

• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up treatment rooms, ensuring cleanliness and proper sterilization
• Assist Dental Hygienists during patient treatment progress
• Update patient health history and chart treatment progress
• Expose and develop radiographs (if certified)
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care
• Cordinate with clinical staff to manage inventory and sterilization of dental instruments
• Support the hygienist with patient scheduling and treatment recommendations and office recall systems
• Perform routine tasks while ensuring compliance with the industry regulations including HIPAA & OSHA

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (Required)
• Associate or certification in Dental Assisting
• Radiology certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
