Job summary

Collin College is seeking an adjunct faculty/CE instructor to deliver dentistry-related coursework on-site at our McKinney campus or other designated locations. Teaching assignments may occur on one or more campuses and could include evening and weekend sessions.

This role requires adherence to approved course descriptions and syllabi established by the Division and administered by the Associate Dean. Participants must meet Texas licensure requirements (DDS/DMD or RDH), attach transcripts, and

Qualifications

• Must hold licensure in Texas as a Dentist or Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
• Position is Security Sensitive and requires background check
• Conferred transcripts and licenses must be attached to application

Responsibilities

• Teach courses in accordance with the schedule and approved syllabi.
• Teach on Collin College campuses or off-site locations; evening/weekend programs may apply.
• Assist with dual credit courses and other duties per college policies and core values.

Education

Associate degree in Dental Hygiene with a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, OR a Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene, OR a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or a Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD)
