Pure Dental is seeking a dedicated Front Office Team Member to join our team in Virginia. You will create an excellent guest experience, manage scheduling, verify insurance, and present treatment plans and finances to patients.

Role requires at least 2 years in a dental front office, Dentrix experience, and strong communication skills. Expect a friendly, supportive environment with opportunities for advancement and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of dental front office experience.
• Dentrix experience required.
• Experience with Sunbit, Care Credit, Weave, Pearl, Word and Excel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Creating a fantastic guest experience for every patient.
• Scheduling appointments efficiently.
• Insurance verification and benefit breakdowns.
• Presenting treatment plans and financial arrangements.
• Checking patients in and out smoothly.
• Helping keep the schedule full and organized.
