Job summary

Dentistry at the Ten in Eugene, OR seeks a warm, well-spoken Front Office Assistant to be the face of our practice. You will welcome patients and support daily front desk operations, including scheduling and insurance verification, in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on dental front office experience is highly preferred.
• Experience verifying insurance eligibility, handling multiple phone lines, and managing the schedule is preferred.
• Knowledge of Eaglesoft software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and serve as the face of the front desk.
• Assist with scheduling, check-in/check-out, and insurance verification as needed.
