• At least 1 year of experience in a dental office setting.
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology and office procedures.
• Experience using Dentrix software and possessing strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients and making them comfortable upon arrival.
• Answering phones and managing front office communications effectively.
• Checking patients in and out for their appointments.
• Scheduling appointments and managing the calendar for all dentists.
• Handling insurance verifications and understanding insurance claim processes; tracking accounts receivable.
