Job Description

We are pleased to announce an exciting job opportunity at All In One Benso Family Dental for a motivated and seasoned Dental Front Office Lead. As a cornerstone of our practice in facilitating seamless patient interactions and office management, this role is perfect for someone eager to contribute to a dynamic team. This Full-Time position requires an individual who can work on-site as the job is not remote, ensuring immediate and effective management of our front office operations. Although this is not an Office Manager position, The Dental Front Office Lead will be working alongside and collaborating with the Office Manager to cultivate the culture, daily operations and team desired for the front office staff.

Join our team and lead the front office staff, ensuring organizational excellence and maintaining the highest standards of patient care and satisfaction. As the Dental Front Office Lead youwill play a crucial role in not only managing the daily operations but also in uplifting the atmosphere of our practice, making it a friendly and efficient place for both staff and patients.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Collection of Money: Manage financial transactions, including collecting sums of money from patients for services rendered, handling past due balances efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
  • Treatment Planning: Collaborate with the clinical team and Office Manager to relay treatment plans clearly to patients and assist in managing care coordination.
  • Patient Account Management: Supervise all aspects of patient accounts including billing, insurance claims, payments processing, and account reconciliations.
  • Financial Coordination: Ensure precise and prompt processing of insurance claims and payments, working closely with the billing team.
  • Patient Communication: Handle communications with patients regarding their accounts, effectively addressing queries or concerns about billing statements and insurance details.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Manage scheduling to optimize clinic workflow, ensure provider schedules are full, and minimize patient wait times.
  • Leadership: Lead the front office team, fostering a constructive and collaborative work environment.
  • Administrative Support: Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks including managing phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries.
  • Training: Conduct training for new and existing front office staff to ensure consistent and effective front office operations.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively address and resolve patient concerns or office issues, supporting a positive practice environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a dental front office role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of dental procedures, insurance processes, and patient billing.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of managing both staff and patient relationships effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and maintain efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using dental software platforms, notably Dentrix.
  • Detail-oriented with robust organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • A positive and professional attitude dedicated to fostering a welcoming and effective work environment.
