Description

Dr. Nikki Sekhon is looking for an experienced and dedicated Front Office Coordinator to join her team. In this role, the Front Office Coordinator will be the first point of contact for our patients and will set the tone for their experience. They will maintain productive schedules, verify patient insurance information, and collect all co-pays at checkout.

What You’ll Be Accountable For
  • Greet and check in all patients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Maintain a safe and positive environment for patients.
  • Maintain productive schedules and confirm appointments.
  • Verify patient insurance coverage, benefits, and eligibility.
  • Present treatment plans and educate patients on their benefits and out-of-pocket costs.
  • Gain financial commitment from patients, explore payment options when necessary, and collect co-pays.
  • Obtain any necessary insurance pre-authorization and referral documentation.
  • Respond to patient billing, treatment, and benefit inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, as well as State, Federal, and other regulatory bodies.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the office manager.

Requirements

Qualifications:
