Job description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a dental office Front Desk Coordinator at Iowa Pediatric Dental Center! This position's primary responsibility is to handle all front office functions for the practice. The Front Desk Coordinator must ensure that patients, parents, and/or guardians are the number one priority.


Requirements: Dental experience preferred


Schedule: Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 5pm, Friday 8am - 1pm


Education and Experience:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service is desired.

Specific Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Ability to travel between multiple locations.
  • Customer service-oriented with a pleasant demeanor.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with staff and management.
  • Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and timeliness.
  • Strong PC skills and adaptability to new programs.
