Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional individual to become an integral part of our team. This is a Full-Time position based in our office, emphasizing the need for a direct, in-person commitment as this is Not a Remote Job. Duties and Responsibilities
  • Greeting patients warmly and providing them with information about their visit.
  • Answering telephone calls in a professional manner while scheduling appointments and managing inquiries.
  • Maintaining and organizing patient records both digitally and in paper form as required.
  • Coordinating patient flow by communicating effectively between dental professionals and patients.
  • Handling administrative tasks such as filing and scanning with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ensuring confidentiality and security of patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Processing payments from patients for dental services rendered.
  • Collaborating with other staff to improve patient satisfaction and office efficiency.
  • Handling email correspondence and ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Assisting in the management of the practice’s calendar and scheduling protocols to optimize workflow.
  • Performing regular follow-ups on missed appointments and helping to reschedule them for better patient compliance.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in the dental profession preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with patients, staff, and providers.

  • Experience with Open Dental a plus.

  • Knowledge of dental terminology and dental office procedures is a significant advantage.
