Qualifications

• 2+ years in a dental/medical front office preferred.
• Proficiency with office software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Register new patients and update existing patient information in practice management systems.
• Schedule appointments and manage the daily appointment calendar.
• Complete recalls and patient callbacks to support schedule utilization.
• Answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and route calls appropriately.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for patients regarding scheduling and inquiries.
• Maintain a professional, courteous, and patient-focused demeanor at all times.
• Escalate complex or sensitive patient concerns to the Office Manager or Office Manager Assistant.
