Qualifications

• Experience with Electronic Health Records systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of Medi-Cal terminology and native population healthcare experience are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients entering the facility.
• Collect documentation (ID, Medi-Cal information, co-pays, forms).
• Provide documentation and schedule follow-ups as needed.
• Serve as communication hub to ensure a smooth visit.
• Refer patients to PRC specialists and coordinate information with IVS.
• Use EHR to document notes and assist back-office tasks.
• Handle phone calls to make appointments and answer questions.
