Children's Dental Center in Sioux Falls is seeking a dependable, fun, hard-working front office team member to join our pediatric dental practice. You will greet patients, collect demographics and insurance information, and schedule treatments while maintaining a welcoming reception area.

The role emphasizes customer service, collaboration with the team, and on-time attendance, with typical hours Monday through Friday and a competitive hourly compensation based on experience.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a dental front office setting.
• Customer service experience.
• Passion for delivering the best experience.
• Ability to collaborate and be team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a distinctive patient experience with every patient both in person and over the phone.
• Welcome patients into the office upon arrival, gathering necessary information such as patient demographics, insurance information, and updated health history.
• Update necessary documents into patient chart.
• Schedule patients for dental treatment.
• Collect patient payments and post them to their patient ledger.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming patient waiting area.
• Additional duties as needed such as following up with patients, transferring records, and any other necessary tasks in our office.
• Must arrive on time and adhere to the attendance policy.
