Qualifications

• Approval of Dental Director and Office Manager in lieu of experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule appointments for multiple dentists and manage 650+ weekly slots.
• Verify insurance eligibility for all scheduled patients.
• Greet and process patients and handle approximately 800 calls per week.
• Review medical histories and initiate medical/legal consents.
• Maintain patient records and operatory schedules; collect payments.
