Front Desk Manager Responsibilities:

  1. Defining and implementing front desk objectives and procedures.
  2. Hiring and training staff and managing shift schedules.
  3. Tending to guests' complaints and questions while providing exceptional customer service.
  4. Ensuring that the front desk and reception area is kept clean and organized.
  5. Maintaining front desk office supplies and equipment.
  6. Managing budgets, records, and contracts.
  7. Supervising staff and all front desk activities including bookings, appointments, phone calls, and emails.
  8. Conducting performance reviews with front desk staff.
  9. Generating reports and feedback for presentation to the general manager.
  10. Performing administrative duties such as filing and updating records, among others, as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $65,000.00 - $118,000.00 per year
