Qualifikationen

• 2-3 years experience preferred.
• Associates Degree preferred.
• Outstanding professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient interactions.

Aufgaben

• Greet patients by first name and assist them throughout the visit.
• Answer and manage incoming calls and schedule Doctor/Hygienist appointments.
• Verify insurance for scheduled patients daily.
• Assist patients with billing questions and insurance claims.
• Submit insurance claims with proper documentation.
• Follow up on unscheduled recare/treatment appointments.
• Serve as the welcoming face of the practice.
