Qualifications

  • 2 years dental front office experience required.
  • Knowledge and ability to execute insurance verifications and claims management.
  • Confident and skilled in presenting treatment plans to patients.
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new programs.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in/out patients with a warm, friendly demeanor.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments; manage calendar for providers.
  • Coordinate patient payments and insurance verification at point of service.
  • Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional front desk support.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and assist with patient education materials.

Adams Family and Cosmetic Dentistry in Columbus, GA is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Dental Front Desk Coordinator to join our team!

Our ideal candidate is someone with dental office experience who understands the importance of creating a warm, welcoming experience for every patient. You’ll be one of the first faces our patients see, so a positive attitude, great personality, and genuine desire to help others are essential.

This is a busy role that requires someone who can multitask, stay organized, communicate confidently, and keep things moving while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. If you enjoy working with patients, collaborating with a team, and being an important part of a successful dental practice, we’d love to meet you!

Schedule

Monday through Thursday 8:00am to 5:00pm and Friday 7:45am - 3:00pm

  • Experienced in creating scheduling productive and efficient provider schedules
