Job description

We are a general dentistry practice in Bloomfield Hills seeking a full time front desk/receptionist to join our amazing team. Dental experience is preferred, but it is most important that we find the right person. We are a close-knit team with great patients and families. We place a high value in both our customer service and it is important we find someone who meets this criteria.


Job duties and skills include: but are not limited to

  1. Greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling and maintaining a full appointment schedule, checking patients in and out, billing, and dental insurance claims.
  2. Experience with dental insurance, dental terminology, including ADA codes, and basic computer competency.
  3. We are willing to teach these skills if you are the right fit for our team.
  4. We want team members to have a caring, positive, and energetic attitude as well as a willingness to be a team player.
  5. We value good organization skills, punctuality, good communication, and most of all, a high level of patient service.
  6. As this is primarily a customer service job, we just want you to help us take great care of our patients.

Pay and benefits are negotiable depending on the strength and experience of the applicant.
