Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $24.00/hr

We are a general dentistry practice in Bloomfield Hills seeking a full-time front desk/receptionist to join our amazing team. Dental experience is preferred, but it is most important that we find the right person. We are a close-knit team with great patients and families. We place a high value in both our customer service and it is important we find someone who meets this criteria.

Job duties and skills include:
  • Greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling and maintaining a full appointment schedule, checking patients in and out, billing, and dental insurance claims.
  • Experience with dental insurance, dental terminology, including ADA codes, and basic computer competency.
  • We are willing to teach these skills if you are the right fit for our team.
  • We want team members to have a caring, positive, and energetic attitude as well as a willingness to be a team player.
  • We value good organization skills, punctuality, good communication, and most of all, a high level of patient service.
  • As this is primarily a customer service job, we just want you to help us take great care of our patients.
