Premier Care Dental Management in Plainview, NY is seeking front desk coordinators to enhance the patient experience at our modern dental practice. You will warmly greet patients, manage calls, schedule appointments, and handle billing inquiries.

Anyone with dental front desk exposure, especially pediatrics or orthodontics, and strong organizational skills will thrive. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and reliable, schedule-friendly hours including Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Prior dental front desk experience is required.
• Pediatrics or orthodontic experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and welcome patients with a high level of concierge care.
• Answering phones promptly and responding to messages.
• Managing schedules - input and confirm patient appointments.
• Entering in new patient records and updating ledgers with precision (Denticon).
• Collect co-payments and verify insurance eligibility (PPO/FFS).
• Respond to patient billing or financial inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments as needed.
• Assist with various office duties as directed by the Practice Manager.
