Qualifications

• Front office and clinical support experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dental office.

Responsibilities

• Greet, check in, and check out patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls and respond to voicemails and emails
• Assist the Office Manager and front desk team with daily administrative and patient care responsibilities
• Help maintain a full and organized patient schedule
• Assist patients with understanding their recommended treatment
• Calculate fees for dental treatment and coordinate patient financial agreements
• Respond to patient billing and financial inquiries
• Break down, clean, and prepare surgical treatment rooms
• Clean and sterilize dental instruments according to safety protocols
• Support the clinical team as needed throughout the day
• Help maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming office environment
• Assist with additional front office or clinical duties as requested
