Ann Kearney Astolfi, DMD, OC, a periodontal practice in Bethlehem, PA, seeks a dependable Front Office Assistant/Dental Assistant Floater for a part-time role that supports both the front desk and clinical team in a welcoming environment.

Hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with compensation of $18–$20 per hour based on experience. Responsibilities include greeting patients, handling calls, assisting with scheduling, billing, and basic clinical support.

• Experience in dental front office or assisting preferred.

• Greet, check in, and check out patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls and respond to voicemails and emails
• Assist the Office Manager and front desk team with daily administrative and patient care responsibilities
• Help maintain a full and organized patient schedule
• Assist patients with understanding their recommended treatment
• Calculate fees for dental treatment and coordinate patient financial agreements
• Respond to patient billing and financial inquiries or direct questions to the appropriate team member
• Break down, clean, and prepare surgical treatment rooms
• Clean and sterilize dental instruments according to established safety protocols
• Support the clinical team as needed throughout the day
• Help maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming office environment
• Assist with additional front office or clinical duties as requested
