Griffith Family Dental is seeking an entry-level Dental Receptionist to join our friendly, patient‑centered front desk team in Sunnyvale. This in‑person, full‑/part‑time position requires strong organizational and communication skills and a commitment to patient satisfaction.

The role involves greeting patients, handling check-in/out, scheduling, data entry, payments, and coordinating with clinical staff to maintain smooth patient flow.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of in-person customer service experience.
• Prior dental office experience preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy, fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in and check-out.
• Answer incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, and respond to patient inquiries.
• Verify and update patient information accurately.
• Collect payments, process transactions, and provide receipts.
• Send statements via office management software and via email.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area.
• Communicate effectively with the clinical and administrative teams.
• Support daily front office operations to ensure a smooth patient flow.
