Job summary

Mint Dentistry in Houston is seeking a Dental Front Desk star (Patient Concierge) to be the first and last impression of our luxury dental experience. You will greet patients, manage schedules, check in/out, handle payments, and support the clinical team while representing the Mint Brand both in-office and online.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience, dental front desk experience a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A warm, outgoing personality and strong people skills.
• Social media savvy and comfort with photo moments or sharing experiences.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with warmth and professionalism as the first and last impression of Mint Dentistry.
• Manage daily scheduling to keep patient flow smooth and efficient.
• Check patients in and out with accuracy and care.
• Handle payments and coordinate financial agreements clearly.
• Support clinical team and ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Represent the Mint image as a brand influencer and participate in social media opportunities when needed.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ year of customer service experience — dental or front desk is a plus. Strong multitasking skills — you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
