Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a licensed Journeyman in the specialized trade.

Responsibilities

• Assists in decisions on repairs; reports major problems to supervisor.
• Maintains and repairs electrical and mechanical systems using tools and equipment.
• Cleans, services, and diagnoses HVAC, electrical, and mechanical building systems.
• Leads a group of workers on a project; trains others in advanced maintenance.
• Reads and transmits complex instructions; reviews work of vendors; completes punch lists.
