Job summary

Midwestern University is seeking a Dispensary Assistant to support the dispensary and receiving area of the Dental Clinic. The role involves dispensing assets, processing orders with axiUm, managing inventory, and maintaining clean, organized spaces.

The position reports to the Supervisor of Dispensary and may require schedule changes based on clinic hours. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of inventory or dental office experience, be detail-oriented, and able to multitask across floors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in an inventory or dental office setting required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in dispensing disposable and fixed assets to staff and faculty.
• Fill internal orders using axiUm Inventory software.
• Process external orders, submit invoices, update pricing, and track expirations.
