Neighborhood Dental in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a Dental Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team. You will welcome patients, schedule appointments, and manage front desk tasks while ensuring HIPAA compliance and delivering an outstanding patient experience.

Competenze

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Dental office experience required.
• Experience with Dentrix Ascend or dental software preferred.

Mansioni

• Welcome patients and provide outstanding customer service.
• Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments.
• Check patients in and out at the front desk.
• Respond to voicemails, emails, texts, and appointment requests.
• Collect payments and enter them into the practice software, Dentrix Ascend.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Help create a positive, professional clinic environment.
