Job summary

Benco Dental's design team in Pittston is seeking a Drafting professional to convert existing plans into AutoCAD/Revit, develop dental construction documents, and maintain symbol libraries. You will prepare shielding plans for imaging equipment and participate in software standardization and team initiatives.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree in drafting and 1–3 years of experience, with strong AutoCAD and Revit skills and knowledge of building codes.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Architectural Drafting or Technical Drafting preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in architecture or design field required.
• Strong AutoCAD and MS Office knowledge.
• Strong Revit knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of building codes.
• Basic understanding of construction methods detailing.
• Basic understanding of construction documentation.

Responsibilities

• Convert existing plans into AutoCAD or Revit format.
• Prepare Dental Construction Documents including equipment, electrical, plumbing and carpentry details.
• Prepare shielding plans for imaging equipment.
• Maintain library of dental equipment symbols and AutoCAD blocks.
• Assist with software implementation and team standards.
