Job summary

Prism Professional Services Group, LLC. is seeking a Drafter II to support engineering deliverables with advanced AutoCAD and Revit expertise. You will maintain drafting standards, support BIM coordination, and contribute to client documentation.

The role requires independent work, mentoring of designers, and collaboration with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure high-quality drawings and compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Drafting Technology or equivalent experience.
• Three or more years using AutoCAD in an engineering or construction environment.
• Two or more years of Revit experience and BIM coordination.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate, consistent, and high‑quality drawing packages.
• Maintain consistent formatting across project drawings.
• Configure AutoCAD settings including templates and workspaces.
• Troubleshoot AutoCAD issues for designers and engineers.
• Create, modify, and maintain Revit families and documentation standards.
• Coordinate BIM meetings and track ARs for drafting tasks.
• Mentor designers on redline interpretation and drafting best practices.
• Perform QA/QC audits at key project milestones.
