Job summary

Enable Dental is seeking a proactive Community Relations Manager to bridge our dental services with communities in need, especially home health care and hospice settings. You will build partnerships with senior living facilities and healthcare providers to drive referrals and awareness.

Your role will manage CRM-driven outreach, coordinate with operations for smooth patient transitions, and gather partner feedback to continuously improve service delivery. Travel is involved.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree in marketing or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in community relations, healthcare sales, or marketing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage diverse audiences.
• Experience with CRM software and lead management.
• Knowledge of dental services and healthcare landscape is highly desirable.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Building and nurturing relationships with key personnel at senior living facilities, healthcare providers, and community organizations to increase awareness and referrals for our dental services.
• Executing marketing initiatives to promote our services, including attending community events and presenting our offerings to potential partners.
• Utilizing CRM tools to track interactions, monitor relationships, and report on sales activities and performance metrics.
• Working collaboratively with the operations team to ensure smooth transitions for new patients and high standards of service delivery.
• Gathering feedback from community partners and using it to continuously improve our services.
