Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversees Dental Office Assistant's functions: chair-side assisting, sterilization, lab cases, radiograph techniques and policies.
• Oversees Sterilization processes and logbooks.
• Trains new staff and updates policies.
• Manages and maintains Sterilization and Infection Control logbooks.
• Oversees patients' medical clearances with clinicians.
• Develops weekly scheduling for clinical staff.
• Manages inventory and orders clinical supplies.
• Oversees Radiation Badges and monthly reporting.
• Develops CQI projects with the dental team.
• Ensures compliance with Article 28 and Joint Commission.
• Performs front desk and administrative tasks as needed.
