I4Dentallab in Kansas City, MO is seeking a skilled Dental Ceramist to join our close-knit laboratory team. This role focuses on porcelain restorations with an artistic eye and technical expertise, collaborating with CAD/CAM to deliver precise, natural-looking work.

Ideal candidates have experience as a dental ceramist, knowledge of Zirconia, E.max, and Feldspathic porcelain, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of dental anatomy, morphology, and restorative principles.
• Familiarity with Zirconia, E.max, and Feldspathic porcelain materials.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to interpret prescriptions and doctor specifications accurately.
• Comfort with digital workflows and CAD/CAM coordination.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Fabricating porcelain restorations, including crowns, veneers, bridges, and implants.
• Performing custom staining, glazing, and shade-matching for lifelike aesthetics.
• Completing diagnostic wax-ups and layering techniques per case specs.
• Reviewing prescriptions and scans to ensure doctor requirements are met.
• Collaborating with CAD/CAM designers to coordinate workflows.
• Making adjustments based on quality checks or feedback.
• Maintaining case documentation and adhering to lab quality protocols.

I4Dentallab is seeking a skilled Dental Ceramist to join our close-knit dental laboratory team. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a strong artistic eye and technical expertise in porcelain fabrication to contribute to a varied and interesting caseload. In this role, you will work closely with the CAD/CAM team and fellow technicians to produce high-quality, aesthetic dental restorations that meet exacting standards for fit, function, and appearance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Fabricating porcelain restorations, including crowns, veneers, bridges, and implant-supported prosthetics
• Performing custom staining, glazing, and shade-matching to achieve natural, lifelike aesthetics
• Completing diagnostic wax‑ups and layering techniques to meet case specifications
• Reviewing case prescriptions and digital scans to ensure restorations meet doctor requirements
• Collaborating with the CAD/CAM department and other technicians to coordinate case workflows
• Making adjustments to restorations based on quality checks or feedback
• Maintaining accurate case documentation and adhering to lab quality protocols
• Staying current on ceramic materials, techniques, and industry best practices
