Job summary

Dentsply Sirona is seeking a Center Manager to oversee operations and patient care at the assigned center. You will supervise dental assistants and Case Managers, coordinate with Front Desk and Providers, and drive workflow improvements.

The role requires an Accredited Dental Assisting Program graduate with a BLS certification and 3–5 years of dental experience, preferably in an FQHC setting, and involves daily staff training and compliance tasks.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an Accredited Dental Assisting Program.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification (by end of introductory period).
• Three to five years of dental experience with increasing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise centered staff and provide performance feedback and training.
• Monitor patient flow and resolve bottlenecks with Front Desk/Provider staff.
• Review patient charts to ensure proper documentation and care.
• Coordinate with Case Manager(s) to manage referrals and duties.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and monthly training updates.
