Job summary

YABAR DENTAL (VB) in the United States is seeking a skilled Dental Biller to join our fast-paced team. You will manage all aspects of dental billing, submit claims, process payments, and optimize accounts receivable while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of dental billing experience, strong PPO and Denti-Cal knowledge, proficiency with Open Dental, and excellent communication to explain costs to patients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dental billing experience.
• Strong knowledge of PPO insurances, Denti-Cal, and Medi-Cal where applicable.
• Proficiency with dental practice management software, preferably Open Dental.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of dental billing, including submitting claims, processing payments, and managing accounts receivable.
• Verify insurance coverage and benefits for patients, including PPO insurances, Denti-Cal and Medi-Cal.
• Explain treatment costs to patients, obtain necessary authorizations, and collect payments.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with billing and coding regulations.
• Follow up on outstanding claims and resolve billing issues promptly.
• Maintain detailed and organized billing records.
• Collaborate with the dental team to optimize billing processes.
